The latest Japanese hardware sales from Media Create are as follows:

Vita – 62,543
3DS LL – 50,265
3DS – 27,174
PS3 – 25,725
PSP – 11,171
Wii U – 10,021
Wii – 1,383
Xbox 360 – 486

For comparison’s sake, here are the hardware numbers from last week:

3DS LL – 49,317

    I think the noble thing to do, for Nintendo – is recall all Wii U’s, so people can get their cash back, and work on a real console. It’s the worse thing they did since the wii. 3rd party developers STILL don’t join the party, for a 2ns generation in a row. Add the archaic online experience and the reaally bad controller gimmick – and you got yourself a big, fat FAIL. I really wished they could come up with something great, after all the money they made from plastic add ons for the wii, but seems like they just kept it for themselves…
    If they jump ship now – maybe they can bring a real next gen console experience to its fans by holiday 2014. this is just unacceptable. they are becoming Hasbro.
