Metro: Last Light due in March, limited edition announced, pre-order on PSN for free Homefront

THQ has confirmed that Metro: Last Light will ship in March 2013. Also announced, the first round of copies will be sold as a a limited edition. THQ recommends that fans pre-order now to ensure the free upgrade to the limited edition – currently available for $59.99.

The Metro: Last Light Limited Edition contains a copy of the game and Ranger Mode. Making its return from Metro 2033, the mode “represents the ultimate, immersive Metro experience.” Also included in the package is the Ranger load-out (featuring bonus military grade bullets to spend on weapon upgrades and equipment) and the AKS-74U modified Russian rifle.

Those who pre-order the limited edition version on the PlayStation Network will be given a free digital copy of Homefront at launch. Following purchase, consumers will immediately receive a Metro: Last Light PSN theme.
